How refunds and payment disputes are handled.

This policy sets expectations for digital course purchases, refund windows, and payment reviews before or after enrolment.

Refund request window7 days from confirmed purchase unless a course-specific exception applies.
Required informationSubmit the learner name, purchase email, payment reference, and reason for the request through the configured support channel.
Certificate impactRefund requests may be declined after certificate issuance, full completion, or substantial course consumption.
