These terms govern access to HOG Learning, course enrolment, payments, certificates, learner conduct, and the use of support services.

Account responsibility

Learners are responsible for using accurate identity details, protecting login credentials, and keeping account information current.

Course access

Enrolment grants the learner a limited portal licence for their own study, assessment, certificate, and transcript use.

Assessment integrity

Quiz, exam, and certificate activity must reflect the learner’s own work and follow the academic integrity expectations of the portal.

Payments and refunds

Refund window7 days unless otherwise stated by the provider or course terms.
Charge reviewPayment queries should be raised promptly through the support channel with the relevant transaction reference.

Use restrictions

Content sharingCourse materials, videos, files, and assessments may not be redistributed without written permission.
MisuseFraud, impersonation, certificate misuse, or attempts to interfere with the portal may lead to suspension or removal.
